Hot Dip Galvanized Straight Line Razor Barbed Wire Mesh Fence

Razor barbed wire features a central strand of high tensile wire with a steel tape punched into barbed shapes. The steel tape is cold crimped tightly to the wire. Our razor wire is manufactured with galvanized tape (Zinc coating ranging from 120 gsm to 275 gsm) and galvanized core wire (diameter: 2.5mm) with zinc coating from 90 gsm to 275 gsm. For critical applications, stainless steel tape and core wire options are available.

The razor barbed wire is fixed every 120 degrees, forming a snake web pattern when opened. After closure, the ring diameter measures 50 cm with installation spacing of 20 cm between cross rings (minimum diameter 45 cm). The blade rope is formed from punched steel plate with 22 mm blade width and 15 mm vertical spacing between blades. The core wire diameter is 2.5 mm, made from Q195 steel plate (0.5 mm thickness) processed with high tensile wire.
