Operational approach

1.Preparation: Before starting the installation of the hexagonal gabion net, adequate preparation work needs to be carried out. 3.Building lifting equipment: If you need to use lifting equipment to install large gabion nets, to ensure that the lifting equipment is stable and meets the safety requirements. The lifting equipment is placed in the appropriate position so that the stone cage net can be handled and installed smoothly.

4.Installation of stone cage net: the pre-made hexagonal stone cage net basket is placed in the predetermined position. Ensure that the gabion net is vertical and horizontal with the support structure. As needed, temporary supports, such as stakes or bricks, can be used to support and stabilize the gabion nets until they are filled.

5.Fill filler: Use suitable filler, such as stones, rocks or concrete, etc., to fill filler in the gabion net basket. 8.Completion inspection: After the installation is completed, the final inspection and evaluation are carried out to ensure the installation quality and stability of the hexagonal gabion net. Check for loosening, deformation or other problems, and make necessary repairs and adjustments.
