PP Uniaxial Biaxial Triaxial Plastic Geogrid For Road Construction

 

Biaxially stretched PP geogrid is made of high molecular polymer, which is plasticized and extruded into sheets, punched, heated and then stretched longitudinally and transversely.
Biaxially stretched plastic geogrids have great tensile strength in both longitudinal and transverse directions. This structure can provide a more effective chain system for bearing and diffusing forces in soil, suitable for large-scale permanent bearing foundation reinforcement.
 

Polyester geogrid is a new kind of earthwork base material; which is used to strength the road surface and roadbed. Composing of high-strength polyester yarns, coatedd with an inorganic sizing agent.

 

1.High Tensile Strength: PP biaxial geogrid is manufactured using a unique extrusion process that ensures high tensile strength in both longitudinal and transverse directions. This allows it to effectively distribute loads and provide stability to the soil.

Application
1. Reinforcement of soft soil subgrades of various roads such as highways, railways and municipal roads can effectively improve the strength of subgrades and delay road reflection cracks.
2. Reinforcement and isolation of dams and river channels in water conservancy projects strengthens the soft soil foundation, enhances its protective capacity, and improves the bearing capacity and stability of the foundation.
