Double crimp wire mesh is manufactured with pre-crimped wires to obtain precise screening apertures and achieve maximum rigidity.
Generally, it works well in conditions where materials are not sticky or materials with a small tendency to peg or wedge.
The Hardness is HB180-230, with good plasticity and toughness. When subjected to strong impact and friction, the surface undergoes strong work hardening due to plastic deformation, and the surface hardness value can be increased to HRC60 or above, thereby achieving high wear resistance, while maintaining high plasticity and toughness internally.
When the old surface wears down, a wear-resistant layer will form on the new surface, and its lifespan can reach 4-8 times that of a regular sieve.
